MovNat From the Ground Up Series: Swing-up

This week's installment will get you off the ground and on top of things.  This technique is functional and practical as it allows you to climb up to branches or rails.  This movement requires preparation, both in strength and conditioning. Start slow and progress properly. Get out there and move!
